We begin with an idea, concept or engineering plans, and based on our client’s individual needs, we develop a unique project plan. Every aspect is thoroughly thought through; enabling us to outline every stage from design to production, to create a clear project timeline.

Design

Our expert design services allow us to work with clients at any stage of the project. Whether it’s designing the initial concept or taking structural/composite construction drawings to create a final design, ranging from new builds to modifications. 

Technology

We work with the latest aerospace technology and processing systems that are used across the Formula 1 and America’s Cup industries. We use the highest-grade fibres and resin systems; and guarantee our products are at the top of the composite construction spectrum defined by the aerospace industry.

Materials

We work with a range of materials to fit the project’s scope and purpose. We recommend the right mold, whether it be a wooden plug, a resin infused composite structure, or a direct CNC machined option. Then we create the material and resin requirements based upon the structural engineer's specifications, where we’ll look at different carbon fibre and fiberglass states, and its appropriate adhesive combination
